Melee Maps

Hi Guys !

 

Go a head and suggest Melee maps zone. i will explore it and if it fits i will create it :)

-All town maps

-Elven ruins. One side starts at entrance the other side at the end.

-border outpost.One side starts at the one side the other one at the other end (Invisible walls outside the area should be good that ppl dont run to ABG or Varka Outpost)

Blazing swamp is ok, it may be large but at least there u can rotate near the center, COT and LOA are just plain stupid. In LOA you get spawned at the bottom, walk for 3-4 minutes till u see someone just to get zerged and be spawned fuk know where again. Those maps are not suitable for even a little bit of organization.

blazing swamp is stupid too

also at western fortress (?) that is tvt map i remember once you removed the spawn under the fortress but its still there

its kinda stupid to spawn under and have to run up inside

lower forge of the gods - domination or tvt

monastry of silence main room - battlefield

all castles as tvt events 

valley of saints barakiel spawn - domination

archaic lab - tvt 

beast farm main tower - domination

the locations in 40% of the maps are rly bad placed, mby changing those would make you avoid finding new maps

Remove ivory tower also, that event at USA times with low population is cancer. Massive map of running in circles for 30 minutes.

make all towns tvt. Town tvt events are always very fun and easy to implement.

ivory tower at 2am gmt on a saturday night is a server killer, please remove this once and for all, it's by far the WORST

Oh no, i like this, but it smells like excessive spawn camping and that's no good :poker: We need to have the open maps you hate for variety, there can't be all closed melee maps, thus i hate PI and Ivory crater :lol:

Good ideas are:
-Villages and towns: all of them are great maps, i'd suggest putting the spawn points on alleys and not inside shops, since it provides too much place to gladi camping and it's being an issue lately.

-Cruma tower (I know there are maps there, but no tvt maps atm, it's a good map but need some spawns to be a bit closer)

-Ivory tower (Upper part, not crater)

-Forgotten temple, Elven ruins, School of dark arts-> (this ones needs a bit closer spawns to the center, i think they are too separated, these are good maps but the spawns aren't in the best positions)

-The starting area of dark elves: The middle is perfect for a domination map, and it would be a very fun map since it have 4 openings on all directions, it would be pure pvp from every corner.

-Crypts of disgrace is a great place for a map too, the spawn and the inner part with towers.

Then, maybe change the map options for voting, to more popular ones, escort is ignored completely, people usually picks domination, tvt and battlefield, so we could see just one option of the least popular ones, since other good maps lose the chances.

Remove:
Ivory tower/Giants Cave(domination)/Beast Farm/Death Pass/Talking Island Territory (battlefield)

Change the goals for Town maps ( CTF ) unlimited would be great.

Would be nice if you can add also 2 more faction for some specific maps " Multi TVT Event" With Orange and Blue faction for example :)

that was infinitel2 best feature lol, when population is huge, 4 teams is just awesome
