Because that all server hates aggression effect as it is, no matter how many tanks and no matter how frequent it happens, i suggest:

REMOVE AGGRESSION EFFECT COMPLETELY

Leave aggression skills usable, but without aggression effect.

Next, remove all tank nerfes and return tank rewards, and let tanks run as they want. They will no longer grief server.

No, it should not be removed. Removing an entire mechanic from the game takes away from the complexity of the game. It just needs to be done well. Like for example, Archers shouldnt be able to remove your target or "aggro" you like it happens now. Such effects on such classes ruin the game. Effects need to be careful where they are implemented.

Yes, it takes away complexity. But complexity not for tanks, but other players. Casual players are not prepared follow what they are targeting at the moment and take back target every 5 seconds. If it makes players more satisfied, then why not removing?

Also, many mechanics are already removed from the game: no mass ressurection, no full lethals, no foi on bosses. All done to make other players happy.

From the other side, removing aggression effect is much better than increasing skill delay 4 times. Increasing skill delay 4 times is total shit, and not a solution. Because by increasing delay, it not only removes complexity twice - tanks don't bother using this skill and other players are chilling, but also it removes opportunities for tanks to increase damage by means of microcontrol. These opportunities go exactly with complexity you have mentioned, and they are now totally removed.

Already answered. There are ways to balance things.
There is no need to remove entire mechanics that add to the complexity of the game.
And you spoiled kids who always wanted things the easy way, should learn the hard way. Some classes will annoy you, others will deal you a lot of dmg and so on. THATS WHY THERE ARE CLASSES , they are NOT MEANT to be the same.

We are not spoiled.

We need defence reduction from aggression with base 6 seconds delay.
